    You can’t target fat loss. That is your body structure. I suggest concentrating on being healthy and fit and your body will, in general, look better. Good luck.

    I shouldn’t say that people don’t lose from certain parts of their body — what I mean is that the body fat on your bum (or for me, my tummy) might be the last to come off. I hope that makes sense…

    Unfortunately you can’t target fat loss — i.e. some people lose it from their chest/belly but not their hips/bum, others might lose from their bum/hips but not from their upper body. It really is different for everyone. As you continue to lose body fat, toning your muscles will help you to become “tighter”. I’m no expert, that’s just what I have learned from books/articles/personal experience… somebody correct me if I’m wrong about anything. Just don’t get discouraged and keep going! :)
